Delivery Country

We currently deliver only within the United Kingdom.

Order Confirmation

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. This means we have registered your order in our system and started processing it.

Order Tracking

You will receive your tracking code via email within 24 hours after your package leaves our warehouse.

Delivery Details

Cut-off time: If the order date/time is before 3:00 PM (GMT) London, processing will begin the same day.

  • Processing Time: 1–2 days (Mon–Sat)
  • Delivery Time (United Kingdom): 5–8 days (Mon–Sat)
  • Total delivery time will be 6-10 business days

Note: Delivery windows are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays and seasonal volume.
